To be eligible to register and use the pk1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
pk1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the pk1 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

pk1 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification process, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested.
All financial transactions on the pk1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pk1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. pk1 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days.
All funds deposited into your pk1 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
Anti-Money Laundering: pk1 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities. pk1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any transaction that raises compliance concerns.
pk1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each promotion.
Bonuses are credited to your account at pk1's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. pk1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the offer was claimed in error, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pk1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. pk1 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You gamble entirely at your own risk.
pk1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk1 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or where pk1 reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of pk1, its players, or the public.

pk1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pk1 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. pk1 operates in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
pk1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
